Bello GEO is the first bilingual GEO agency specialized in Latin America, based in Ibagué, Tolima — and Colombia is our home market. We serve clients in Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, Barranquilla, Cartagena, Bucaramanga and nationwide. We know this market first-hand, not from a desk on another continent.
Colombia is Latin America's fourth-largest economy by GDP and third by internet penetration (75%, We Are Social Digital Report 2025). Bogotá concentrates the country's highest volume of generative-AI queries, followed by Medellín and Cali, and AI-engine usage from Colombian IPs grew sharply between 2024 and 2025, particularly among professionals aged 25-45.
For Colombian brands this means a growing share of B2B and B2C purchase decisions now starts in an AI engine before Google. The question is no longer whether this changes the market — it already is. The question is who shows up when a buyer asks ChatGPT "what's the best marketing agency in Bogotá?" or "which chronic-pain clinic is in Ibagué?". The brand that doesn't appear doesn't exist in that conversation.
Our founding case is Laboratorio del Dolor, a clinic specialized in non-pharmacological chronic-pain treatment led by psychologist Jessica Cantillo. Since Q1 2026 we have implemented the full GEO stack: technical schema markup, enriched llms.txt, pillar content per treated condition, and Google Business Profile optimization. Measured so far: Visibility Index 51 → 89 over 6 weeks, with 15 condition pages, 15 blog articles, a structured FAQ and complete schema. It is our living laboratory — every technique is proven in production there before we apply it to clients in Bogotá, Medellín or anywhere else.

Hybrid model: technical and content execution runs remotely from Ibagué, with scheduled in-person meetings in Bogotá, Medellín, Cali or any accessible city when the project calls for it — kickoff, on-site team training, board presentations. Day-to-day runs over Google Meet or Zoom in Colombian time (UTC-5), with WhatsApp Business support during business hours (8am-6pm).
We work directly on WordPress (common for professional services in Colombia), Shopify (e-commerce), Webflow and static sites; for custom or enterprise CMS platforms we deliver code and specifications for the internal team. For multi-location businesses (chains, franchises) we run per-branch Google Business Profile + LocalBusiness schema strategy — something many Colombian businesses neglect.

Our base of operations is Ibagué, Tolima. We don't keep offices in Bogotá or Medellín, but we travel for scheduled in-person meetings — kickoff, on-site training, board presentations — when the project calls for it. Day-to-day execution is remote, which keeps our pricing competitive.
Yes. We hold an active Colombian NIT and issue DIAN-valid electronic invoices for clients who prefer local COP billing. The COP rate equals the day's TRM exchange rate plus 5% administrative costs.
Both. We serve SMBs (the complete audit is USD $1,500 — roughly COP 6 million — and it is included at no extra cost if you move on to implementation) up to corporates with custom scopes. What matters is commitment to correct implementation.
Three local particularities: WhatsApp is the dominant conversion channel rather than email, so GBP + WhatsApp + site integration is key; Reddit Colombia is unusually active and LLMs cite it often; and Colombia's personal-data law (Ley 1581) shapes how schema with personal data must be implemented — we handle it correctly.
